DIGITAL AD COPY SPECIFICATIONS

’Round the Roundhouse will accept “camera ready” ads as digital files
provided they comply with our standards.

• Ads may be submitted by email or on CD

• All ads must be submitted in “PDF” format. That is, they must be
created using Adobe Acrobat, with embedded fonts and graphics.

• Ads must be correctly sized to our specifications below:

Full page ad: 10 in. wide x 12.5 in. tall.
Half page ad – horizontal: 10 in. wide x 6.5 in. tall.
Half page ad – vertical: 4.875 in. wide x 12.5 in. tall.
Quarter page ad – vertical: 4.875 in. wide x 6.5 in. tall.
Quarter page ad – horizontal: 10 in. wide x 3 in. tall.
Eighth page ad: 4.875 in. wide x 3 in. tall.

We hope this will clarify any questions about submitting “camera ready” ads to us,

If there is a problem getting us your ad in this format, remember that we can
create the ad for you at no additional charge, and that you would have final approval
of the ad before going to print. Just make sure you allow us enough time
before deadline to get the work done and approved.
